Terms governing the use of the erp-check.info platform and the distinction from paid services delivered by the service partner.
This page is an English summary of the terms of use. The legally binding version is the German original (AGB). In case of discrepancies between the two language versions, the German text prevails.
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the erp-check.info platform and the free content provided on it, including the Fit Check. Paid services (selection advisory, requirements specification) are not subject to these terms but to the separate terms of the service partner, Tech IQ Business Consulting GmbH.
2. Content of the platform
erp-check.info provides vendor-neutral orientation knowledge on ERP selection for the German mid-market. The content is researched carefully but serves orientation purposes only. No guarantee is assumed for correctness, completeness or up-to-dateness. The platform does not provide legal, tax or investment advice.
3. Fit Check
The Fit Check is a free tool for the structured profiling of ERP initiatives. Participation does not create a contractual obligation. Forwarding of qualified enquiries to the service partner takes place only with explicit consent.
4. Paid services
Selection advisory and requirements specification are paid services delivered by Tech IQ Business Consulting GmbH as the platform's exclusive service partner. A contract for these services comes into being exclusively between the client and Tech IQ Business Consulting GmbH under their own terms. erp-check.info as a platform is not a contractual counterparty for these services.
5. Intellectual property
All content on erp-check.info — in particular texts, graphics, logos, checklists, matrices — is protected by copyright. Use beyond the limits of copyright law requires the written consent of the publisher. Short quotations with source attribution are permitted within the framework of applicable copyright law.
6. Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body or health. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This also applies to damage resulting from the use of the content provided on the platform.
7. Changes to these terms
The publisher reserves the right to change these terms. The current version is always available at /en/terms.html.
8. Applicable law & place of jurisdiction
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB) is the registered office of the publisher. Mandatory statutory provisions on jurisdiction remain unaffected.
