Privacy statement
How erp-check.info handles personal data under the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
This page is an English summary of the privacy statement. The legally binding version is the German original (Datenschutzerklärung). In case of discrepancies between the two language versions, the German text prevails.

3. Server log files
When you visit this website, the hosting provider (Strato AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany) automatically stores technical access data in so-called server log files (IP address, browser type, referrer, time of access). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation of the platform). The data is kept for 14 days and is then deleted, unless legal retention obligations apply. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
4. Cookies and reach measurement (Google Analytics 4)
Technically necessary cookies: By default, this website uses only technically necessary cookies that are required to deliver the website. They are based on Art. 6 (1) f GDPR and § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG.
Statistics cookies (Google Analytics 4): For anonymised reach measurement we use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics processes personal data (in particular IP address, device and browser information, time on site, pages viewed) and sets cookies for this purpose. The IP address is anonymised before further processing (anonymize_ip activated).
This processing happens only after your explicit consent, given via the consent banner shown on first visit. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) a GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. Without your consent, neither Google Analytics scripts nor statistics cookies are loaded.
Withdrawal of consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect. Please use the following link: Withdraw / reset cookie consent. The consent banner will then be shown again on the next visit.
Transfers to third countries: Google may also process data in the United States. Transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) c GDPR) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Google Ireland Limited.
Retention: Google Analytics typically retains unique identifiers for 14 months, after which the associated data is automatically deleted. Aggregated, non-personal report data may be retained longer.
Further information on Google's data processing is available in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
5. ERP Fit Check & contact form
If you use the Fit Check or the contact form, the data you enter (e.g. name, email, company, project framework information) is processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and, where consent is given, Art. 6 (1) a GDPR.
Forwarding to a suitable partner (e.g. Tech IQ Business Consulting GmbH) only takes place with your explicit consent, which is collected separately and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
6. External services
Google Fonts are loaded via CSS. Further external services are listed in the German original.
7. Retention
Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose, or as required by legal retention obligations.
8. Changes to this privacy statement
